Refund & Return Policy
2.1 Product Returns (Solar Devices & Accessories)
• Products (non-installed) can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• A restocking fee of 10-15% may apply.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
2.2 Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
2.3 Installation Service Refunds
• Deposits for installation are non-refundable once system design and permitting have begun.
• If cancellation occurs before scheduling, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative and engineering costs.
• If cancellation occurs after installation begins, no refund will be issued.
2.4 Faulty or Damaged Goods
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, report within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
• Warranty claims are handled per manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
3.1 Product Shipping
• We ship nationwide (or regionally—specify based on your market).
• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery times vary by location but are typically 5–10 business days.
3.2 Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may apply for orders above a specified amount (e.g., $500).
3.3 Order Tracking
• Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible.
3.4 Installation Scheduling
• Upon payment and site assessment, installation will be scheduled based on availability.
• Installation may be delayed due to weather, permitting, or unforeseen circumstances; we will keep you informed.

• Solar panels: 25-year performance warranty
• Inverters: 5–10 years (depending on model)
• Installation/workmanship: 5-year warranty
4.2 Limitation of Liability
Bright Sky is not liable for:
• Energy production fluctuations
• Utility company delays or policy changes
• Damages caused by customer misuse or unauthorized modifications
